Episode 409: Notice to use evidence to prove identity, vehicle, address and phone number

In Episode 409, we address the fact that the State of Idaho on Feb. 4. 2025 filed a I.R.E. 404(b) Notice giving their intention to use video evidence of Mr. Kohberger's traffic stop and citation occurring on Aug. 22, 2022 in Moscow. The State indicates that this evidence will be introduced to prove Mr. Kohberger's (1) Identity (2) vehicle (3) address and (4) phone number. Everything stated here represents the creator's pure opinions based on the court filings and proffered pursuant to the First Amendment of the United States Constitution (Freedom of Speech and of the Press) and is offered for educational purposes only.
