Episode 41 - Arturo Castaneda

Meet Arturo Castaneda. A Peruvian immigrant who had no choice but to succeed. Arturo and his family came to the USA in the early 2000’s and built a life for themselves, which he almost lost during the beginning of COVID-19.

Starting his career in engineering, he ended up losing his job after buying a new car, securing an apartment and having a handful of obligations. A friend sponsored him to get his real estate license and literally paid for his schooling.

Arturo had his back against the wall and chose to figure it out, which he has very successfully. Spending his time educating himself in digital marketing and servicing clients, we dive into the tools that he uses to cultivate relationships including how to use social media, today’s tools that exist, building your brand and so much more.

We talk about his move from KW to EXP, why he moved, what that meant for his income and how EXP is disrupting the real estate space. Arturo and his team have leveraged EXP as a tech company and shared the vision by bringing over 800 agents into their sphere.
