In Episode 41, Geoff Seow tells us how he dropped everything and moved to recover from his burnout that came from a lack of fulfillment in his work.  Moving to Melbourne was the reset button his life needed in order to return to life in Perth.   Coaching happened when he decided to get sober.  Purpose in coaching gave him reason to remain sober. Geoff sorted his morals and vision, remaining of sober mind and being restored to wholeness.     Burnout can be prevented if people have end goal, a defined focus for the future.  Step one is to be sober. You must have clarity of mind.  Then replace your habits.  Your life is like a house and you need a solid foundation to build that house.
