After a Thanksgiving Break, we're back! In this week's episode, we interview Attorney Nick Ekonomides again, but this time on the issue of commercial foreclosures. Commercial Foreclosures are different than residential foreclosures. Many of the defenses available in a residential situation are unavailable to the commercial defendants.
