Episode 41 - My Body Story

Hi friends! On a whim, I decided to pick up the mic and share some details about my personal journey with my body + specifically my weight. We are deep in pre-production on "In This Body", a short film about womxn's body image + self worth. And while I do my research and "talk the body positivity talk", it was time for me to "walk the walk" myself. We go all the way back to my childhood, then journey through high school + college, landing right here in this current moment. I chat all about how dance + movement have resurfaced my confidence and how compassion is the deepest medicine for all things.
