Becky currently serves as the Little People of America (LPA) Employment Chair as well as on the Board of Advisors for the National Center For Disability Journalism (NCDJ) at Arizona State University.  In this episode, she shares why she works to advance disability inclusion and equality in the corporate world and in the school system, and the challenges she's overcome in her journey to create connection in all communities.
