VAs can do all sorts of things for you! We recommend giving them the smaller stuff that takes a lot of time but isn't worth your effort, things like: mining lists, data mining in general, pulling comps, skip tracing. You can also have them do more substantial tasks, like calling sellers. VAs are ESSENTIAL to helping your business grow, especially if you're only doing Real Estate Investing part time. Giving them certain tasks will free up your time to do what you're best at and stop wasting time on the mundane things. But be prepared - you need to set up the process and do it on your own before you train someone else to do it. That initial time commitment will help you so much in the long run!
