Episode 425: Judge Orders sealed hearing transcript to now be released to the public

In Episode 436, we review Judge Hippler's Feb. 20, 2025 order directing that the redacted transcript to the closed Jan. 23, 2025 hearing transcript is now ready to be released to the public. The court discusses the 3 of 4 redactions requested by the State that he has ordered be redacted and gives reasons why.
