Buying a list is a super quick and accessible way to get started in wholesaling. There are lots of sites out there you can use to buy and sort your lists. Once you find the one you like, they generally have tons of different filters you can use to figure out area, equity, size, and so much more. Shawn Bowen has been a real estate investor since 2010.
