Episode 434: Progress

Today was a mess of frustration and small victories… I finally launched sovereigntyworks.com after fighting with website tools, crying, yelling, and leaning on Canva’s AI to make it look “Zen.” I kept the landing page simple (email-only waitlist) and even thought about people who’re bedbound and might need my scream-mask most. Did shadow work, checked my money (got an $8 refund — hooray), wrestled with ADHD thoughts about spending, and planned for my New York trip. Progress looks messy, but it’s progress
