Allison Springer is a full-time teacher and part-time heath coach who helps other busy women prioritize nutrition and fitness in their daily life. Over the past 3 years, Allison has grown her Instagram to build her business and mentored other health influencers to do the same. Allison and I met on Clubhouse in an Instagram room, and I’ve been following her journey ever since. She really puts herself out there in her videos, and I love seeing other people do that because so many of my friends and colleagues are terrified of this concept.
