Verónica, a third-time visitor to The Counseling Corner, talks to Emy and Gabi about kids and screen time.  Verónica has seen with her clients, a spike in issues related to extensive use of screen time, and her concern led us to do this podcast for parents.  Screen time, in general, has always been an issue but now with the Pandemic, the issue has been exacerbated. In addition to Verónica and Gabi discussing issues they've seen come up with their adolescent clients; they also offer tips on things you, as a parent, can do to curb the screen time not only for the kids but also for the parents.
