Zak Abdi served as the Edmonton Regional Chair for the Alberta Liberal Party. More recently, Zak volunteered with the Black-Owned Market in Edmonton (BOM YEG) as finance lead. He is now seeking the nomination for the Green Party of Alberta in the provincial riding of Edmonton City Centre. Zak currently works in the financial services industry as an analyst. He also owns and operates a small transportation business.
