A 2014 business trip to San Diego exposed him to a thriving brewery scene, sparking a mission to bring that same energy back to South Florida. Alongside co-founder Ken, he launched Prosperity Brewers, tapping into the talent of a passionate local home brewer and overcoming the usual hurdles of location scouting, equipment delays, and regulatory red tape.
