Jess (she/her pronouns) is the host of the Panic Button Podcast. She developed an affinity for mental health advocacy after surviving with Panic Disorder and Generalized Anxiety Disorder for over eight years. The Panic Button Podcast was a passion project that began in January 2024 based on Jess’ desire to share her own story in hopes of helping fellow survivors of mental health-related concerns. She strives to create a brave space that openly discusses coping strategies, education, authenticity, and much more. She’s also a mom of a toddler, a sarcasm enthusiast, Lego builder, and movie watcher.
