We’ve had a lot of success using tax delinquent, code violations, probate, and eviction lists from the courthouses. They aren’t always the easiest to get, but definitely worth the trouble, especially for new wholesalers who have less money and more time! Shawn Bowen has been a real estate investor since 2010.
