Janelle specializes in men's mental health, sports psychology and also enjoys working with couples. After decades of working primarily with women, she made a mid-life career shift into psychology, where she realized the crisis facing men's mental health today. This sparked an interest in supporting men to become more emotionally attuned, improve relationship skills and become their ideal selves. Janelle is also an ultrarunner, race director for a local charity race, parent of three teens and proud puppy mama.
