In this episode I had the most beautiful conversation with Reema, an identity rebirth coach and human design specialist calling in all the way from India, where she was soaking up the warmth of a New Year festival with her family. 🌸 From the very first moment, I felt that gorgeous feeling of goosebumps — the kind that tells me I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be.Reema's story is one of real courage and quiet revolution. She was raised to be a doctor — an obstetrician-gynaecologist, no less — and she was good at it. But somewhere along the way, she realised that being good at something and being lit up by something are two very different things. 🕯️ So she chose herself. She chose presence over prestige, motherhood over medicine, and eventually found her way to coaching through human design, nervous system work, and the kind of deep identity exploration that doesn't just teach people something new — it helps them become someone new.What moved me most in this conversation was Reema's honesty about never truly feeling seen. 💙 As someone with an open identity centre in human design, she described living as a chameleon — shifting, adapting, multifaceted — and the ache of wondering whether anyone would ever take the time to know the real her. I sat with that. I really sat with it.We also ventured into something I found genuinely fascinating — the shift the planet is moving through right now, from the Cross of Planning into the Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix in 2027. A new 400-year cycle.
