Episode 49 - Today’s Awareness of Codependency & People-Pleasing

In this episode, I share how it dawned on me that I was people pleasing the plexiglass cutting guy at Lowe’s. What a silly issue! Why couldn’t I have said, “No thank you. I need a straight cut piece. I’m not buying that?” Instead, I paid for it and let my ego say “Oh, I’ll make it work.” I’m grateful for the awareness of the codependent behaviors because now I can change.
