Episode 496: The Sherlock Pubes Report

After finally having a mystery that has plagued Devon solved, The Say Reporters are back in the studio to for a  state of the union episode where we deliver discussion on various topics near and dear to our hearts.The future of Daylight Savings Time and the Sunshine Protection act some sneaks its way into the first slot, then Sejohn takes the conversation to the movies to discuss the differences between satire and the newly minted bit of Say Vocabulary “Fratire” with his deeper exploration into the horror cinema of the 1990’s through the Leslie Nielsen lense with a particular focus on Dracula Dead and Loving It and RepossessedDevon uses this as a spring board to discuss his interaction with modern cinema with viewings of the Live-Action “Moana” remake and David Wain’s latest film and Sundance darling “Gail Daughtry and the Celebrity Sex Pass”Then it is off to the realm of the small screen where Sejohn has continued his odyssey through the realm of adult animation from the 2000’s with a stop at Superjail and Devon expounds upon the start of his journey to rewatch The Adventures of Pete & Pete with the Shorts and Specials from the early days of Nickelodeon. The final stop is video games where Sejohn has rejoined his in progress trek through Batman: The Telltale Series and Devon has just embarked on the master quest Adventure 2 of Diddy King Racing and both agree that when Nintendo meets Monopoly the winner is the player. Things are returning back to normal at the Say Report and we couldn’t be happier as we embark upon this final stretch of road to episode 500!
