Episode 5: Defense Counsel Withdraw, Arraignment Postponed a 2nd Time

In Episode 5, we provide an update on the State of California vs. Nick Reiner case. On this date, January 7, 2026, which was supposed to be Mr. Reiner's arraignment proceeding, his counsel Alan Jackson withdrew from further representation ,the public defender was appointed to represent Mr. Reinter, and his arrangement was adjourned now for the third time to February 23, 2026. Mr. Reiner has been charged with two counts of unalivings with special circumstances concerning his father well-known director/actor Rob Reiner and his mother photographer/producer Michele Reiner at their family home in Brentwood, California.
