Episode 5 - Heather Stapleton; Living with grace, passion & Lyme disease.

Heather is a force of love. We sat down and sipped tea on the floor of our favorite yoga studio, which happens to be where I taught my first yoga class. Heather is equal parts resilience and love. Her journey with Lyme disease has revealed new passions and talents and taught her a lot about the power of presence.
