Episode 5: Interview with Alex Winfield

Today we're joined by Alex Winfield! We've known Alex for a while and you can definitely tell because he and Shawn had an awesome time with this interview! Alex is a Real Estate Agent in the Hampton Roads area and he works with investors to figure out the best investing strategy for them. Some of Alex's recent clients used House Hacking, House Hopping, and the BRRRR method to add to their portfolios. Alex also talked a little bit about his group Hopportunity, why he started it, and what's coming up in the future.
