Episode 5: Rescheduling of Preliminary Hearing to March 2026

In Episode 5, we provide pure opinions, commentary and speculation concerning the rescheduling of the preliminary hearing previously scheduled to occur on Dec. 15-16, 2025 to determine if the State has enough evidence for probable cause to continue incarcerating Defendant through trial to March 2026. We discuss the reasons why based on published court minutes from a Dec. 11, 2025 Case Management Conference.
