This weeks episode is not for the snowflakes, from the bunker, I talk more about the big picture and strategy in making look ahead schedules and running the job site. We dabble in the dark art; such as the of use of spies and manipulations all, to do the right thing. We bounce around the book the Art of War and I share with you a sliver of the value I get from it. Amazing that book from over 3000 years ago, can be applied to todays day to day.
