Episode 5: The Struggle Through PostPartum That No One Talks About

I had the opportunity to interview Sara Mackie on her struggles with postpartum. This is an issue so many women struggle with, yet we don’t hear it spoken about nearly enough.  Sara dives in to her pain, and talks about her past trauma and how that has affected her postpartum journey.
