Metheny sends Tony an unexpected present. He also describes more about his first kill experiences.Joe Metheny sends Tony a tooth that he pulled out of his mouth. This tooth actually consumed human flesh.Metheny also provides Tony with a T Shirt that is a 9 Large which give you an idea of the size of this monster.  IOn the T-Shirt Tiny depicts in cartoon form what he used to do to his victims as he prepared them to serve at his BBQ stand. Al and Tony show and describe both the Tooth and T- shirt on the show.
