In this episode I go over my signature method of training my clients, called Whole Body System Fitness. Working on multiple systems of the body to achieve your fitness goals. I am launching my 2024 PAIN NO MORE PROGRAM January 8th! This is an inside out approach to healing your chronic pain. Most programs only work on the movement part, BUT like I say in this episode, you have other systems in your body that are contributing to your pain.
