For 23 years, Rick served as Senior Chaplain at the Austin Police Department. Although he retired from that position in 2022, he continues to serve as a spiritual and mental health resource for the officers and employees of the APD. Rick is also the founder and CEO of The Randall Group 911 which teaches first responders across Texas and beyond how to become more resilient and master the trauma present in emergency service professions.
