Episode 51: New Pregnancy Program

In this week’s episode of Form, Function, and Flow Lab, I talked my new pregnancy program. I talk a lot about C-section rehabilitation, pelvic floor issues, diastasis recti, and more. However, I wanted to find a program that is most suitable for pregnant patients since I work a lot with them. With the insurance system that we have, my pregnant patients will only come to me when they are already in pain. So, I wanted to have a program for them so they can work on certain exercises, mindset, and movements before they even have pain. The program will also prevent pain or issues, help moms deliver and recover easily, and avoid medical interventions.
