Episode 51 -The Tarot Series -The Devil -Bridging Psychology And Spirituality

Join Mel and Danielle while they explore The Devil card in the Tarot, Major Arcana .  In this episode, we cover this card, its potential meanings and some of our own personal experiences with the deeper meaning of this card .  We also look at how we can use this for our personal discovery of self, change and transformation. This is a 22 part series. This series starts with the first step in the journey through the Major Arcana , which starts with The Fool and The transition The Fool make though each card culminating with the final card The World. The series was created to help people understand how they can utilize the tarot deck and each individual card contained within the Major Arcana and what each card and it's symbols represent . When you understand how The Tarot is constructed and what it teaches us about the journey we make as a human, we can then learn to use the qualities contained within each card . The unconscious mind can often interpret the world through symbols and color and once we understand what the images and symbols represent we can utilize the information through the cards and view them like art or psychology. Art can evoke a range of emotions in people or help them connect to memories long forgotten. It can also inspire us and help us on our way. Psychology helps us discover how we see the world and what it means to us. Understanding our experiences evokes a much deeper understanding of ourselves. The Tarot can be used as a divination tool , but also it is a great method to use in the process of journaling -which helps open us up the realms of self discovery. When we know ourselves , drives, wants and fears ,desires better , we are then better able to navigate the world around us and understand the choices we make at each step. The Tarot can confirm what has been, where we are at ,or a path that is unfolding based on our thoughts ,feeling's, unconscious desires and the choices we make ,or it helps us navigate the future.
