In Episode 514, we evaluate the State's March 17, 2025 Opposition to the Defense's Motion in Limine seeking to prevent the use of the word "M" for unaliving at trial on such grounds including that it would prejudice Mr. Kohberger. In encouraging the Court to deny the Defense's motion, he State turns the tables and says the State will be prejudiced if the lawyers and witnesses are prevented from using the word, particularly given what the indictment charges Mr. Kohberger with.
