Episode 52: Evolve Meditations - Root

from Evolve Beyond Limits · host Stacy Gissal

Today's Evolve Beyond Limits meditation is focused on grounding and connecting to our Root chakra. Take this moment to get comfortable and sync into the moment. Notice places of tension, aches, pressure, and pains. Bring awareness to your physical body, scan each area from the top of your head to the end of your toes. Our physical body is an important piece of us being here on earth. Pay attention to it, listen to it, give it the attention it needs. Let go of anything that is worrying you today, anything weighing on your mind. Release any negative feelings through each breath. Stand in the power of being connected, stable, and safe - much like a tree deeply rooted into the ground. Take a moment to soak in how supported and safe you feel. Take that feeling of gratitude throughout your day. I invite you to Text "Journal2021" to 248-206-3431 to join the Evolve Beyond Limits Community and receive journal prompts a few times a week that I promise you, will make you think. Keep evolving!
