Episode 52 Goals to Growth: Celebrating 52 & Beyond!

The Macro Perspective is our passion project.  We are two health coaches who love to work on self development with both their clients and themselves. Prior to this past December, we would have hours long phone calls, discussing everything from nutrition and fitness to relationships and goals. One day, we realized that there just might be something worthwhile for people to hear in these conversations, and we came up with a plan to do a podcast. According to many in the business, the 44% of podcasts that fade out in their first year die out as early as their 7th episode. Being that neither of us are quitters, we made a deal to keep this going for the first 52 episodes (one full year) and then reassess.  We hit 52 in 9 months, and our reassessment is that we are having an amazing time and we can’t wait to take this to the next level.
