Kim Hartwell is a personal trainer, yoga teacher and breathwork coach with more than 10 years experience working in the industry. Her work focusses on taking Mums from “barely surviving” to “thriving” not only in motherhood but in life. Mumma to Indie (2) her brand HUMUM is a reflection of her core mission to remind Mums (like herself) new and experienced that every mum deserves to live a life full of purpose and passion.
