from Kathy's InDieZoNe · host Kathy DiTondo
In Episode 526, we address the State of Idaho's March 21, 2025 Reply to Defense's Motion in Limine # 11 RE: Exclude IGG Evidence. We note here the State has disclosed "there is substantial evidence gathered both prior to the 'tip' and subsequently leading them to Mr. Kohberger. We also address testimony from Det. Brett Payne at the January 23, 2025 hearing on the Suppression Motion that Mr. Kohberger's name first came up as a possible suspect following a tip directing local authorities to look at Mr. Kohberger on December 19, 2022. We are expecting many more Replies - the final step in the Motions in Limine briefing schedule - by both sides to be filed on March 24, 2025 in compliance with the Court's January 31, 2025 Order leading up to the upcoming hearings on these motions before Judge Hippler.
