I chose to end my relationship with my biological father last year. This was my choice after years of wanting him to be part of my life, I no longer wanted him to be. When he called, I’d get annoyed and when I did talk to him, he spoke to me as if I was obligated to speak to him. I forgave him a few years ago, however, that doesn’t mean I have to have a relationship with him. Listen as I discuss how I navigate the end of my relationship with him.
