In Episode 533, we note the State of Idaho's March 24, 2025 Notification of the Appearance of Deputy Assistant Attorney General Madison Allen who will appear in the "limited purpose of assisting the Latah County Prosecuting Attorney with jury selection scheduled to commence on July 30, 2025."This document also announces that Ms. Allen's role in this regard will include in responding to the Defendant's Motion to Adopt Voir Dire Procedure and Objection to "Magic Question" and that she will argue this motion at a forthcoming hearing.
