Episode 534: Four New Court Documents RE: Jury Questionnaires

In Episode 534, we address two motions to file jury questionnaires under seal filed by the parties respectively on March 24, 2025 and the Court's two Orders sealing the Defense's proposed jury questionnaire and the State of Idaho's proposed jury questionnaire. We explain the next steps in moving toward the administration of the final jury questionnaire to the citizens of Ada County who are summoned to serve as possible jurors in the case.
