from Kathy's InDieZoNe · host Kathy DiTondo
In Episode 535, we review the State of Idaho's March 24, 2025 Reply to the Defense's Opposition to the State's Motion in Limine RE: 911 call which was made from inside the residence of 1122 King Road on November 13, 2022. In addressing the Defense's position this evidence must not be provided to the future jury as evidence on the grounds that it is inadmissible hearsay, the State argues in a line-by-line submission of all statements why it constitutes an exception to the hearsay rule. Here, the State confirms who instructed the surviving roommate BF to place the call based on the fact that one of hte roommates was "not waking up."
