Épisode #55 - Welcome to Jeff Koehler, an afficionado of arts, travels and gastronomy who takes us back to 1912 in Tangier with the French painter Henri Matisse.

Brought up in the north of Seattle, Jeff Koehler graduated at King's College in London as well as the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and dince 1996, he has been living most of his time in Spain. He published several books rewarded with prizes, about the "art of making food", like The Spanish Mediterranean Food in 2025 and The North African Cookbook in 2023. During the spring 2025, he published a biography of Matisse in Tangier, Matisse in Morocco, which is composed as a real inquiry about the habits of the times and the inspiration of the painter.
