Episode 561: The "Secret" Trial Witnesses

In Episode 561, we address the fact that the State of Idaho and the Defense are required to file their trial lay witness lists on or before April 21, 2025. Because however the parties have been ordered to file their respective lay witness lists for trial under seal therefore the names of the witnesses will be filed outside of the public realm. We address the fact that because of this order, it is likely the public will not know who the trial witnesses until after the trial commences on August 11, 2025 - many months after the disclosure of the trial witnesses.
