We continue our lesser known serial killer series with the second part to the Joliet Illinois 1983 Summer of Terror. In 1970 Milton Johnson was arrested for a brutal sexual assault and subsequently served 13 years in prison for his crimes, after getting out he wasted no time and began terrorizing the people in his community. Join us as we talk about the lucky breaks the police got in the investigation that led them directly to a convicted criminal, the worse part is that they didn't even know this dangerous criminal had been released back into their community.
