But being successful should be based on being healthy both internally and externally, mentally, in relationships, and spiritually. A little about ARI, he was born in Austin to an Iranian father and German mother, and having grown up in Dallas, I started investing in real estate during law school, eventually founding Rastegar Capital. His background as a founder and executive has taught me that health truly comes before wealth, and it's discipline, not dollars, that is the strongest asset.
