Episode 58: Squirrel Crimes & Other Holiday Tales

Hear those sleigh bells jing-alin', ring-ting-tingaling too, come on it's lovely weather for Here's a Guy together with you! That's the best I've got this morning. It barely holds together logically, and for that matter the premise is questionable, because the weather is actually about to get quite bad. Oh, and on that note, let me just say, we have a winter storm rolling in the next couple days, and I know people like to listen to this show in their cars, so I must emphasize, please be safe and avoid travelling if at all possible. Not only will your loved ones be very upset if something happened to you while driving to go see them, but can you imagine how bleak it would be to die while listening to this ridiculous show? Terrible to think about. Well, it's officially our Christmas episode. For the very first time in the show's history, Cody was unable to participate, for reasons JackJohn lays out in the opening bit. Thoughts out to him and his digestive tract. Fear not, though, as Alex and Jack are here to go a-wassailing (I think? Not actually sure what that means) for your amusement. We start by reviving our classic segment "Am I the Grinch?" We also read a listener email and give an in memorium to a very special puma who loved eating cute critters all over the Hollywood Hills. Following that is two tales of guys, featuring a woman whose romantic partners would all agree did not have the holiday spirit, and a biologist who founded the crytpozoology, and, surprise surprise, had a bunch of really strange ideas.
