The impact upon Christians is a heighten awareness of the reality of spiritual warfare and the necessity for Christians not only to pray but also to live out righteous, God-directed lives. Christians must understand that God does not promise a perfect life. Instead, He promises a perfected faith. True victory, peace, and strength come through knowing, studying, and living God’s Word, which equips us to stand against evil, walk in God’s direction, and freely give to others what we have received through Jesus Christ, the Prince of Peace.
