Episode 587: Court Rules on Defense in Limine Motion RE: Fingernail Testing for DNA

In Episode 587, we address Judge Hippler's April 18, 2025 written order on Defense's Motion in Limine # 5 as to inconclusive data regarding testing of fingernail clippings of one of the victims. We discuss that as the State has said it will not offer this evidence as inculpatory to Mr. Kohberger that it has rendered Defense's motion as "moot" - which the Defense has agreed to.
