If you and your organization could stand out in others' minds as the engineers that are stress free, solutions-oriented, organized AF, helpful, clear and concise communicating, bringers of problem resolutions -------- would you do it? Is that valuable?Or, As long as the job gets done, nothing else matters? Who cares what happens along the way?I figure most people will say that the former is of high importance. And I would guess that even more people aren't tracking any metrics around if they are being successful at it or not. While we don't dive deep into the lagging indicators in this episode, we do give you some strong leading actions to take to score well in this arena.
