Episode 593: Further Evidence Mr. Kohberger Intends to Put on a Defense at Trial

In Episode 593, we note that on April 21, 2025, Mr. Kohberger filed two documents in compliance with the Court's October 9, 2024 Order that lay witness lists must be filed on or before April 21, 2025. One of these documents are under seal, the other is a public record - both of which deal with Mr. Kohberger's lay witness list for the case-in-chief (a/k/a "guilt) phase of the trial which is set to commence on August 11, 2025. We also address the fact that this is Mr. Kohberger's third act evidencing he will likely put on an active defense of the charges against him in this capital case.
