Episode 6 - Alex Heath   Alex is a parent, Clinical Hypnotherapist and still occasionally, a birth doula.   Alex has two businesses. 1. Traumatic Birth Recovery College is a training resource for perinatal professionals that she started back in 2016. 2. Community Interest Company; The Birth Republic which is a not for profit business model that aims make therapy available for all parents experiencing birth trauma, and perinatal anxiety and depression.   In this episode we discuss the importance of the internal work, coaching, learning from coaching containers, the hurdles of doing new things and creating things no one else is doing and when people are telling you not to do things, working through resistance and developing courage and belief, coming back after things haven’t worked, the importance of discipline and consistency.
